After completion of booking with Balaji Tour and Travel, a voucher will be sent to the email provided by you confirming your booking.
Customers are expected to produce the voucher at the time of availing our services.
Failing to do so, Balaji Tour and Travel reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Producing the voucher implies your agreement with all terms and conditions stated in the voucher.
When a customer produces the booking voucher, it implies that they have read and understood all terms and conditions mentioned herein and agree to all of them.
After completion of your service, customers are expected to fill a Duty Slip stating their experience with Balaji Tour and Travel, which will serve as proof of service.
Failing to do so may result in disputes or complaints not being entertained.
Any extra charges like parking, tolls, taxes, or entry fees must be paid by the customer and are not included under any discounts, offers, or coupons unless specified.
Distances and timings mentioned on the website are approximate and may vary depending on exact geographical locations.
Discounts are applicable only on base fare and not on additional charges such as extra hours, taxes, or service fees.
Vehicle availability is subject to operational conditions. Alternative arrangements will be made in case of unavailability.
Airport pick-up/drop, railway pick-up/drop, and other transfers are valid within city limits unless specified otherwise.
Requests outside the defined service area may result in refusal of service.
Customers are liable to pay for waiting charges exceeding 30 minutes and for additional distances or hours consumed beyond the pre-booked service.
All bookings are calculated on a calendar day basis, i.e., from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
Transfers with unspecified distance coverage include only one-way transfers from an airport or railway station to a single location or vice versa.
Pickups or drops from multiple locations are not included.
Balaji Tour and Travel is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by traffic, driver lapses, or force majeure events.

Refunds and cancellations are governed as per the following policies.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time: 15% of total cost deducted.
Cancel within 24 hours: No refund.
Refunds will be made via online bank transfer within 15–20 working days.
No cash refunds.
